Using a chair for stability this practice is an active yet supportive way for many who wouldn’t access a regular yoga class but will still gain the many wonderful benefits.

A 60 minute class, suitable for all ages and for those who may or may not have mobility issues.

You’ll be guided through a series of postures, to both calm and energise your body & mind.

A gentle form of exercise with many health & wellness benefits

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow

This gentle vinyasa class invites you to arrive fully—just as you are—and settle into a calm, supportive space. We begin by grounding our awareness in the breath, allowing the body and mind to arrive with ease and intention.

As we gently warm the body, we prepare for a mindful vinyasa flow designed to nourish rather than push. Each sequence is practiced with steady breath and deliberate movement, encouraging deep physical awareness and inner quiet.

The pace is soft, the transitions smooth, and the energy grounding.

Uplifting, blissful music supports you throughout, helping the nervous system unwind and the mind to quieten.

The class gradually slows into a seated meditation, cultivating stillness and presence, before surrendering into a deeply restful Savasana.

To enhance your relaxation, a soothing blend of aromatherapy oils will be offered at the close of class.

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more conscious approach to movement and stillness.

Sound Bath

Sound and rest are great allies in helping to unwind physical tensions and holding patterns. They enable a conscious engagement in the healing process from a place of safety.

As sound moves through us it brings an awareness of any restrictions in the breathing and within the body, allowing space for a softening and release to happen. Different sensations can be felt as energy shifts and frees itself.

Sound therapy can assist hugely with stress management and sleep issues as it supports the bodies innate healing processes by taking us into deeper relaxation/altered states.

Benefits of Sound Baths

Gentle, harmonic sound can soothe the emotions and nervous system. Therapeutically, sound can also be used to safely reintegrate and release trauma patterns. Afterwards we can feel a deeper sense of rest, integration, alignment and overall balance.

Beyond this it can allow us to experience beautiful side effects which can connect us back in to our essence and to the magic and mystery of life… Colours, visions, sensations, deeper healing and journeys open doorways to something way beyond any restrictive ideas of self and the boundaries imposed by the outside world. I am privileged to be able to facilitate these journeys and inner world explorations.
