About

A Space to Breathe, Grow, and Belong

At YOGALI I believe health is wealth, led by my holistic approach to wellness and my empathic nature it’s my absolute pleasure to share my knowledge & creativity with you.

Yoga is so much more than a series of poses, it’s a lifestyle, a path towards balance, self discovery and connection. Founded with a vision of creating a calm sanctuary, building a community for like minded people to connect through movement, healing sound and creativity.

I welcome yogis ( & newbies) from all experience levels & backgrounds to join me. I’m here to support you on the mat or on the canvas as we create magic together.

My Approach

Inclusive and Supportive

Yoga is for everyone, and I’m committed to creating an inclusive environment where all bodies, abilities, and levels of experience are welcomed. My classes are designed to support you at every stage, with modifications and encouragement to explore your own boundaries safely and mindfully.

Experienced and Compassionate

I bring my own blend of expertise, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping others on their yoga journeys. My approach combines knowledge with mindfulness to classes that uplift, inspire, and support each individual’s unique path.

Community and Connection

YOGALI is more than just a yoga – it’s a community. We come together not only to practice but to support one another, celebrating each milestone and every small moment of progress. Here, friendships flourish, and shared experiences bring us closer to ourselves and each other.
